➢ Snorkeling, sailing, tennis, squash, SCUBA diving, and much more.

➢ All resort gratuities and taxes.

Reservation dates can be changed for different dates (if available) one time and will incur a $75 change fee. All processing and change fees are non-refundable.

The Prize winner’s travel must be completed between November 02, 2025, and September 03, 2026, as extensions will not be permitted.

*Blackout dates apply as follows:

December 24, 2025 - March 31, 2026.

Complimentary nights can be requested at all four Couples Resorts properties; however, requests are not guaranteed as rooms are subject to budgeted complimentary room space availability.

Complimentary nights are reserved in the entry-level room category as follows:

Couples Tower Isle - Deluxe Garden;

Couples Sans Souci - Deluxe Ocean Verandah Suite;

Couples Negril – Deluxe Garden;

Couples Swept Away - Garden Verandah Suite.

Winners requesting complimentary nights can only make their request online 60 days prior to date of preferred travel. Upgrades can be purchased only if a minimum of 3 additional nights are purchased. Comp room payment will then be calculated as the difference in category rate. Any winners purchasing 3 or more additional nights in addition to their comp nights are able to book more than 60 days prior to date of preferred travel. Space is subject to availability.

Prizes cannot be upgraded to include the Oasis Spa Villas or Signature Oasis Spa Villas at Couples Tower Isle or Prime Minister or Hibiscus Cottage at Couples Sans Souci, even with an additional 3+ nights purchase. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. Airfare is not included.

This prize cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or substituted for similar value products or services with Couples Resorts or any other vendor.

Couples Resorts’ cancelation policy is as follows:

For any booking made for complimentary night only, winners are only able to cancel and rebook within the travel period noted on their prize letter. Extensions will not be permitted. All processing and $100 change fees are non-refundable.

For any booking with a minimum of 3 additional nights purchased on top of comp stay: guests can cancel up to 15 days prior to arrival. All processing and $100.00 change fees are non-refundable.

Couples reserves the right to change or modify terms and conditions at any time based on discretion.
